has been a passionate member of the salon industry for over 30 years. Her purpose is to share and educate methods of building wealth, security and business infrastructure for every salon professional.

Her consulting is based in practical approaches that provide the “step-by-step, how to” style of getting stuff done. Nikk’s focus is on a heartfelt customization for each business’ needs and the personal path of each salon entrepreneur’s growth.

Her mission is to enhance the beauty industry with free education, affordable business consulting and effective communication/business tools with a mindset towards bringing the joy into leadership.

Nikki’s goal is to bridge the gap between the business owner and the employee by creating advocacy for the employer and comprehensive career support for the workforce.

She is a speaker and educator for the business owner as well as the beauty industry. She owns multiple companies.. a salon business, a cosmetology academy, a consulting company as well as served as a mentor to professionals inside and outside of our industry.
